Air Fried Catfish
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 4 Catfish Filets
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Season Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Louisiana Fish Fry Coating
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Pat the catfish dry
- Combine the seasonings and sprinkle over filets
- Press filets into the fish fry coating and make sure the filets are fully covered
- Place filets in air fryer basket and make sure to not stack or overcrowd the basket
- Cook for 10 minutes on 400°. Flip then cook an additional 10 minutes or until internal temp has reached 145°
