Air Fryer Cheeseburgers
*I used lettuce for lower calories and carbs

Ingredients
Burgers
- 1 lb Ground Beef 93/7
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce I used G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Burger Fixings
- 4 Sliced Cheese I used American
- 1 Beefsteak Tomato Sliced
- 1/2 White Onion Sliced
- 1 Lettuce Head I removed larger leaves to wrap mine and cut the rest smaller for those who used buns
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Pickles
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Ketchup
Instructions
Preparing Patties
- Combine all spices and sauces with egg and ground beef, mix until combined.
- Form into 4 equal patties (1/4 lb patties), use parchment paper to separate and freeze for 30 minutes. (This isn't necessary but I find it helps the burgers set better, especially if using 93/7 lean beef).
Making Burgers
- Preheat air fryer at 370° for 2 minutes.
- Place patties in the air fryer and using your finger, indent the center to help the patties from puffing up in the middle.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 370°, flip the patties and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Top with your favorite fixings!
