2tspLight Brown Sugar
1tbspMinced Garlic

2tspGarlic Powder
2tspOnion Powder

1cupBBQ Sauce
1tbspApple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Combine all seasonings and season chicken until covered.
Add olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, and garlic in a large ziplock bag. Place chicken pieces in the bag and massage marinade into chicken. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Remove chicken from bag and place on baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil). Season with a little extra of your favorite seasonings if you wish (I like to use salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little lemon pepper). Bake 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
Turn broiler on high and roast until skin blisters, about 3 minutes. Then mix the bbq sauce and vinegar in a small bowl and set to the side.
Remove chicken from oven and let rest about 5 minutes. Brush a layer of the bbq mixture on the chicken then return to the oven and broil for another 3 minutes or until bbq sauce caramelizes.
