  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Burger Fixings

  • 1/2 White Onion Sliced
  • 1 Lettuce Head
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • Pickles
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Preparing Patties
  1. Combine all spices and sauces with egg and ground beef, mix until combined.
  2. Form into 4 equal patties (1/4 lb patties), use parchment paper to separate and freeze for 30 minutes. (This isn't necessary but I find it helps the burgers set better, especially if using 93/7 lean beef).
Making Burgers
  1. Preheat air fryer at 370° for 2 minutes.
  2. Place patties in the air fryer and using your finger, indent the center to help the patties from puffing up in the middle.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes at 370°, flip the patties and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Top with your favorite fixings!
